My baby's birthday

I would like to dedicate today's post to my precious baby Grace who is spending her first birthday in heaven today..  She was born too early (18 wks) and only lived for 4 1/2 hours before going home to be with Jesus.

I picture her like this today...

Verse....   "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb.  I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.  My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be."  Psalm 139:13-16

Thought for today...  God planned nad packed you on purpose for his purpose.  Heavens custom design.

My babys birthday

My babys first birthday
There will be balloons,
No gifts, no party, or cake
For she is celebrating her birthday
with Jesus this year

Instead of celebrating
we will be grieving
the loss of her precious
little life way too soon

Memories of holding her,
kissing her, still in my head
her footprints will forever be on my heart
We love you and miss you everyday
Rest in peace my sweet baby girl

This song always makes me think of her..  She truly was an Amazing Grace...  And I know that the day I go home to heaven she will lead me home!

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,

who saved a wretch like me.

I once was lost but now am found,

Was blind, but now I see.

T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear.

And Grace, my fears relieved.

How precious did that Grace appear

The hour I first believed.

Through many dangers, toils and snares

I have already come;

'Tis Grace that brought me safe thus far

and Grace will lead me home.

The Lord has promised good to me.

His word my hope secures.

He will my shield and portion be,

As long as life endures.

Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail,

And mortal life shall cease,

I shall possess within the veil,

A life of joy and peace.

When we've been here ten thousand years

Bright shining as the sun.

We've no less days to sing God's praise

Than when we've first begun.

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,

That saved a wretch like me.

I once was lost but now am found,

Was blind, but now I see.
