Thought for today...  Grief from whatever source, is a long and painful journey..  And I found, its full of frightful choices.  The urge to retreat into a cocoon like existence is great, and depression is slipped into easily.  The healing balm of God's very special grace heals us from the inside out.  (Verdell Davis)
